Terms and Conditions:
Product replacement, exchange, or refund is subject to the conditions set forth under our Return/Exchange Policy section of this document.
 

Satisfaction Guarantee:


Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed with any product purchased on EZmethods.com within 7 days of the product purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, and you need to return a product for a refund or exchange, please contact us via e-mail at returns@EZmethods.com.
 

Return/Exchange Process:


RMA:
(Return Material Authorization Number)
The following process will assist you in completing an RMA request by sending an email to returns@EZmethods.com. Once you've completed the process, you will be contacted promptly (via email) by a EZ Solutions support representative with an RMA number and return instructions.

Important Notes:
(A) You must obtain an RMA number before returning your product to EZ Solutions.
(B) This service is only available within the USA due to import/export restraints. Product purchased outside the USA must be returned through our affiliate from which it was purchased.
(C) This online RMA process is for return/exchange of unused products in their original condition only.
(D) To ensure your RMA request is processed promptly, please be sure all information is complete and correct. RMA requests without proper information will not be processed and will be sent back to the sender at their expense.
 

Discontinued Items:

 
Any product that is no longer being manufactured or sold by EZ Solutions but is still under warranty must be returned to EZ Solutions for repair. In the event that the item(s) is not repairable, the item(s) will be replaced with a refurbished or substitute item. The approximate return time for discontinued items is 2-5 weeks from receipt of defective product. Customer will be notified if processing is expected to exceed 5 weeks.
 

Standard Replacement for Defective/Wrong Items:

 
Customer must return the defective product to EZ Solutions prior to shipping the replacement product. Subject to availability, the replacement product will be shipped to customer within two to five weeks following EZ Solution’s receipt of the defective product. Product will be replaced with the same item number as the product received unless prior authorization is obtained in order to substitute another item number.

You must notify us of any defective items or any other error on our part within 7 days from the time you receive the shipment. After 7 days, we will not be responsible for any defect or error in the order.
 

Return of Clearance or Close-Out Items:


All items listed as "Clearance" or "Close Outs" cannot be returned or exchanged, and no credit will be issued under any circumstances.
 

Return of Special Order Items:


Return of special order items will be charged 25-75% restocking fee on a case-by-case basis.
 

Restocking Fees:


When there will not be any Restocking Fee:
There will be no restocking fee charged if you contact us for your return with 7 days from the day you receive your order and if you meet the following conditions:
(A) The product must be returned in new, unopened, and unused original condition without breaking the shrink-wrap.
(B) You must include all original shipping and packaging material.

When there will be a Restocking Fee:
After 7 days, your return may be subject to a restocking fee of 10% to 50%, or possibly more, based on the condition of the goods.
Returns Validity:
There will be absolutely no returns/exchanges after 30 days from the day you placed your order on EZmethods.com.
 

Return of Shipping & Handling Charges:


(A) Shipping & Handling charges will not be returned. Shipping charges will be deducted from the purchase price, unless the return is due to our error.
(B) If you received free or lower shipping charges than our normal shipping charges, the same will not be credited back, unless the return is due to our error.
(C) You will be responsible for return shipping and insurance charges, unless the return is due to our error.
(D) You will be responsible for lost items in the shipping process when returning the products back to us; therefore, we recommend you buy insurance and have a proof of delivery.
(E) If you opted for a gift-wrap or any special type of packing, these charges will not be returned.
